Megafood Encapsulated fumaric acid series product, the fumaric acid(E297) as the main raw material, using edible oil,monosodium fumarate, emulsifier and other material as the coating material, produced with Megafood’s own patent technology and equipment.
It can be widely used in food, medicine as acidity regulator, preservatives, flavor improver.
