Product Description:
Encapsulated baking soda product, edible sodium bicarbonate as main raw material, using the edible oil, emulsifier, β-cyclodextrin as the coating material, using Megafood’s patent technology, through the coating process into a series of coating type seasoning products.
It can be widely used in tablet candy, baking, seasoning and other field. With the unique advantage of anti-moisture, delay release,avoid early reaction with other components.
The coated baking soda series products, the coating material, mesh number, sodium bicarbonate ratio and other parameters can be differentiated according to different process needs.
Application: Effervescent tablets, seasoning, meat product, baking soda,the dosage demand the actually need.
