It takes malic acid as the main raw material, adopting the original patented technology and equipment, be coated by different materials upon application. It can be widely used in food and medicine as acid regulator, preservatives and anti-sticking agent. It also releases flavor in a mild and long-lasting way and has very good anti-sticking effect .
